With a meal plan, you're extremely limited in the foods you can eat. This can be useful to some people who cannot trust themselves in making healthy choices, have a hard time calculating & planning out meals, new to a healthier lifestyle, have food allergies/ intolerances, & are a bodybuilding competitor.โฃ

Who are Macros good for?
If you're the kind of person who craves sweets, then by all means fit a small amount into your macros. I tell my clients all the time that I would rather them practice โmacro moderationโ with the foods they love than give them up entirely & end up bingeing the next day. A small cookie each day isn't going to set you back, but eating an entire box sure will!
